As the founder of Kelly Tracy Weddings, I specialize in day of coordination for the budget conscience couples by providing high value service without the high price tag. On your wedding day, you and your family members shouldn't be worrying about all the details on such an important day. Let me take your vision of your perfect wedding and bring it to life, so you don't have to!

Services Offered:

Our services include:

• Visits to both ceremony and reception site prior to wedding
• Management and/or supervision of the rehearsal
• Acting as an event manager, on site, the day of the wedding (I make sure all those details are taken care of!)
• Managing and directing wedding party members and guests throughout the ceremony/reception
• Coordinating with vendors prior to and on the day of the wedding
• Managing any emergencies that may arise
• Set up and take down of ceremony and reception
• Unlimited correspondence via email and phone for any questions or concerns related to the wedding
• 10 hours of service on the wedding day (additional hours can be added at an hourly rate)
