It was really wonderful to work with Tim and the whole crew at La Cuisine. Some catering managers are slow to respond and when they do respond, only provide half the answers or their response further confuses things, but Tim was always on point and ready to troubleshoot and think outside of the box. And his flexibility with our bride’s unusual request to include an outside pizza vendor along with their traditional catering was really fantastic. I dont know that many caterers would have been as accommodating and since I think unusual requests like this are only going to become more common and less unusual (food trucks are taking over the world!!!!), it shows great initiative on La Cuisine’s part! Also, the on-site staff flawlessly managed the details of the day including set-up and break down. As planners, we had to leave the venue to manage the ceremony off-site and when we returned, the remainder of set-up had been executed beautifully. And, most importantly, the food was also met with rave reviews by the guests!!! I would, and will, highly recommend La Cuisine to future clients!
