They weren't there in time. They got lost going to the Japanese Gardens a well known landmark. I had to sit on the curb in my wedding dress waiting. Asked him to take the long way and he went straight there.

WORST company we've ever worked with. If I could rate this company with '0 stars', I would in a heart beat. When you own a business that operates around big events like weddings, you have to be dependable. This company "forgot" or "didn't schedule" a WEDDING correctly in their system so after they've been booked with a DEPOSIT, they just didn't show up the day of. They had been scheduled for the morning of and after the wedding to take the couple away. Neither of which happened. Sure, we finally got the deposit back, but all the time and scrambling around afterwards to figure out how to get different vehicles to and from the event when a limo was suppose to take care of this was just a MESS. Mistakes happen, I understand that, but you should have at least handled this professionally, instead you copped an attitude at your "customer" and told me you could "hang up on our face if the bride doesn't calm down". Completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and very disrespectful. Pick any other company to deal with! Don't take their limo service, just run!
