Leigh Brown Harpist is a freelance wedding harpist that is based out of Portland, Oregon. Professionally trained and experienced in a number of performance settings, Leigh takes pride in her ability to provide musical arrangements that complement each individual wedding. Her capabilities extend across genres like pop, classical styles, jazz, and more.

Experience

Leigh has been playing the harp professionally for over three decades. Her musical training began at the young age of eight, which led her to pursue a degree in performance with the renowned musical professor, Susann Mcdonald. After obtaining an additional Performer’s Certificate and graduating in 2001, Leigh went on to perform in orchestras, ensembles, musical groups, and operas. She has been recognized with the Career in Music Award from the National Society of Arts and Letters Competition, Bloomington Chapter.
