The rental we had for my son's wedding was disappointing. The driver was nice, and on time, however, air conditioning was not working. No ice, loose back seat. Above all else though, the manager when hearing my complaints, was rude. He berated my complaints, condemned me for complaining as a customer saying "who has their mom complain for them". Then argued with me about my complaints, dismissing them saying his busses are used all tbe time with no complaints, I must be wrong, stating the fact that I waited 13 days, who knows if it really accurate. Well, your web page quotes 1200$ for 3 hours, you charged my son 1500$. You argue with a customer, I have 30 people who will agree there was no air or ice. Customer service -5...

As with any vehicle sometimes mechanical issues come up after passing an inspection prior to a trip. If you've got any questions, please feel free to review the contract that was sent to your son at the time of booking. Enjoy your day

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!! I was a part of a wedding party on August 6th 2022. The party bus showed up 30 minutes late. The bus also had NO air conditioning on a 92+ degree day. Again this was a WEDDING meaning everyone has suits and dresses on. Also the women had hair and make up done that didn’t stay due to sweat. Once on the bus the driver told us that she did not want to call the owner to tell him the A/C had broke because he would be upset as he had just paid 6k to have the A/C updated. Not only didn’t the A/C work but the windows did not roll down. Whenever we stopped for pictures it felt better outside then it did on the bus. The bus was supposed to have “state of the art surround sound”. The volume was extremely low at the highest notch and streaming device turned at max volume as well. Multiple speakers blown out and some on the verge of being burnt out. Half the lights on the ceiling didn’t work. At one point the driver pulled onto the side of the highway to slam the hood shut because it had popped open during the drive. There was supposed to be ice provided… there was none. The Bride and groom have been in contact with the owner and his response was “I have a business to run. Stuff breaks. Sorry about your luck”. Please for the love of god spend your money on a better company with better customer service!!!!
