Lily was super professional, taking time with me both during my trial and on my wedding day. When we started corresponding, I sent Lily two photos in the style I was considering, and she arrived at my trial well researched and prepared to try out three different styles, so I could decide which I liked best. From the two photos I'd sent, Lily inferred not only what look I was going for, but also how to make it work with my own hair. This will probably be the only time in my life I get dressed up with a vintage 1940s hair style, and Lily knew exactly how to make it happen!
