When planning our wedding, we browsed several photographer sites just to get a peek at their work. I personally have never been a fan of posed photography with people faking smiles or situations. The lack of realism is just too obvious to me. Quite a few photographers out there suffer from this syndrome. When my wedding planner suggested Ashlee, I immediately checked out her portfolio and was struck by how her photography was so natural. Her subjects appeared to be genuinely laughing or having fun. After working with her, I can say first, that Ashlee has an uncanny eye for seeing snapshots in whatever is going on around her that will make beautiful memories on film. Now she does do some traditional posed shots (kinda hard to avoid at a wedding) but her quirky, fun personality and friendly, engaging nature while filming will almost make you forget you are taking pictures because you will be truly having fun in the moment. The pictures we received were amazing. We are 200 percent satisfied. We will have to develop every single picture because I don't believe there is a single picture that she took that we could bear not to have in our wedding album. If you are looking for a genuine, sweet, dedicated, and amazingly talented photographer who will capture the very essence of your wedding and reception, then Ashlee is the photographer for you.
