Often known as Pastor Dave by many Bishop David Ragsdale established his ministry in South Carolina in late 2014 and soon thereafter opening Love in Carolina wedding officiants. During the years he has had the honor and pleasure to marry hundreds of Carolinians. Pastor Dave believes Love is Love and will marry anyone with a valid SC marriage license as our history and reviews demonstrate he treats each couple as family. Pastor Dave also offers Pre-Maritial counseling by request.
