Based out of Seattle, Washington, Lovely Night is a catering company specializing in weddings and other milestone events. The owners are husband-and-wife-duo, James and Gelsey Sherrill. Inspired by the extensive produce of the Pacific Northwest, this duo blends international techniques with local ingredients to create sublime cuisine. James is an award-winning chef who has worked in several high-end and Michelin-star restaurants throughout the United States. Gelsey is a hospitality expert who ensures that your big day runs exactly how you’ve always dreamed it would. Cuisine

James’s palette is rustic, elegant, and refined. His dishes and menus are full of bold, rich flavors sourced from the Pacific Northwest. While browsing through your menu options it becomes apparent that Lovely Night’s dishes have been designed to comfort, wow, and most of all, please guests. Some of their dishes include cured salmon pastrami, Kushi oysters, Moroccan lamb tartare, and fig tartines. As all cuisine is made from scratch, James can alter his cooking methods to apply to strict diary requirements without compromising on quality. This includes dishes that are kosher, nut-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, vegetarian, and more.

All cuisine can be delivered to your chosen venue, set up, and cleaned up at the end of service. The presentation of your food can come in a variety of ways to best suit your plans. This includes a plated dinner service, casual buffets, carving stations, and more.
