LUXE Atlanta provides customized packages including full-service planning, partial planning and day-of coordination services. Your event planning team will meet with you for a personal consultation to discuss your ideas, concepts, budget and wedding day priorities. They will then create a custom package tailored to your needs. Their full-service planning package includes:

• Event design & event conceptualization
• Budget development & expense tracking
• In-person informational meeting with planner
• Three additional meetings up to your discretion (prospective venue visits, planning meetings, vendor appointments, dress fittings etc.)
• Research, hire and manage all vendors
• Detailed floor plans/layouts of ceremony and reception spaces
• Creation and distribution of detailed timeline
• RSVP and guest list management
• Access to our wedding planning tools including checklist, calendar with payment reminders, planning timeline & more!
• Secure guest hotel room blocks
• Coordination of bride/groom and bridal party transportation
• Final venue walk through
• Up to one hour of rehearsal direction
• Supervision of event set up
• Laying out any personal decor items such as guest book, seating place cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, etc.
• Assisting officiant in orchestrating ceremony
