Maggie was the best choice for our beautiful Christmas wedding in Fredericksburg. All of our friends and family were blown away, and when I showed up to the venue, it was everything I had asked for and more. She has such an ease of personality as well. Very easy to work with! The finished product was amazing for us, and people are still raving about our beautiful day!

We had only a few months to create a wedding consistent with Hindu culture- in the middle of rural Texas. Not being Hindus ourselves, and wanting to create something that would suit the needs and pleasures of ALL cultures present at the wedding, we needed someone very, very good at creating a whole, magical world unlike any wedding we had ever seen. Maggie Gillespie not only did this beyond our expectations, she is the ONLY person I could imagine entrusting this [very special] job to.

When my daughter said that she wanted to be married in Fredericksburg, TX, because it reminded her of some of the towns in Germany where she had sung, I thought, well... we can do this. Having lost her mother to heart disease a couple of years ago, this one would be my first (of 4) wedding on my own, and I was sure we could manage everything, after all our previous experience. WRONG! There is so VERY much involved in planning and carrying out a successful wedding weekend at a destination away from home, that we finally decided we needed some serious help. My daughter found Maggie's site online, and was impressed with what she saw, so I called. From the very first contact, Maggie is just the most wonderful, personable person you would ever want to meet, and if you're an older person, like me, you will be surprised when you meet her, to find that she looks amazingly like Judy Collins! But besides being so very kind and thoughtful, she is the most capable and inspired wedding coordinator and designer you will ever have the pleasure to work with!! I gave her a generous, but flexible budget, and my only instructions to her were that I wanted it to be a very special weekend for my daughter and her husband-to-be, and to try work with my daughter in what she envisioned for her dream wedding. They exchanged pictures and conversations for the few months we had between the engagement and actual wedding, and Maggie worked her special kind of magic to give us the most amazing, beautiful and well organized weekend any bride could ever imagine! She knows all the best people to work with for every service needed for a successful wedding celebration, and the final result was just extraordinary!! It's what I would call perfection down to every last detail. She made my daughter's wedding dreams a reality, in every respect, and was just the nicest and most thoughtful person from beginning to end. I can't recommend her highly enough. SIMPLY THE BEST!!
