Magnolia Manor Inn & Events is a beautiful wedding venue located in Westminster, South Carolina. This award-winning venue does it all for you and offers several options:
- All-inclusive, indoor and outdoor packages for groups as large as 175 people
- Space Only packages available
- Packages for intimate “pop-up” weddings booked 7-45 days in advance for 30 or fewer guests in the chapel and on pavilion/reception hall if inclement weather
Our All-Inclusive packages include experienced photographers, fresh florals, DJs, caterers, one- or two-tier cake (depending on number of guests) with cupcakes for guests, planners, designers and directors! We can also help you secure your officiant, hair and makeup stylist, videographer, photo booth, and more. Separate dressing rooms are available for the wedding party. There is off-street parking, along with overnight accommodations. Your ceremony can be held at your church, in our newly-restored 1891 chapel, or at several other locations across on our 10-acre property. Your guests will enjoy our 3,000 square foot reception hall with French doors to a beautiful, partially enclosed 30’ x 53’ pavilion with patio AC/radiant heathers and a 12’x21’ overlook (our rain location and perfect for first and last dances as the sun sets!). Our reception hall also offers a bar, AV equipment and dance floor.
Whatever the season or forecast, beautiful ceremony options are available to you. Choose from our rustic woodland chapel, arbor in the garden near the courtyard and vintage Carriage House, on the pavilion with overlook, or in the meadow below the chapel.
We offer complete service with limited overnight accommodations as well as rehearsal dinner options (two of our ten WeddingWire Couples Choice awards were for our Rehearsal Dinners)! Immediate family members always enjoy the convenience of staying on-site for a most memorable weekend!

I want to share a little history of my experience in the special event world. I have always loved creating memories for friends and family. We opened a small restaurant, Circa 1930, in downtown Seneca, South Carolina in 2001 with my mother, Evelyn. I first jumped into catering and events in 2005 when I went to work as the Catering and Events Manager at The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards in Sunset, South Carolina. In 2011, I went to work for Patrick Properties Hospitality Group in Charleston, South Carolina. I was an Event Manager at Lowndes Grove, The William Aiken House, American Theater and Fish Restaurant. In addition to being an Event Manager with Patrick Property Hospitality Group, I was the House Manager at The William Aiken House on King Street, Charleston. In more recent years, I have been running our family retail business, M. Tannery & Sons, in Seneca, South Carolina. In 2021, my husband and I renovated a circa 1896 building and opened Crown & Crest Events and The Nest Above Walnut Historic Inn in Seneca, South Carolina. We purchased Magnolia Manor in November 2023. I'm looking forward to an amazing 2024 wedding season with each of you. May your 2024 be filled with love, laughter and endless happiness.
Upon graduating from Clemson University, Kendra L. Patterson has worked to create esthetically pleasing and memorable moments for all to enjoy. She is a Westminster, SC native, but has travelled the world working as a Film and Television Industry professional in the Costume Department on productions like The Hunger Games, Hidden Figures, Spirited, First Man, and over 40 other major motion picture and television titles. Kendra's creative eye and skill in execution has led her here to the Magnolia Manor Inn and Events team, where she will help make your event as beautiful and special as you could ever imagine.
