We had the best experience with Maria, she paid great attention to detail and helped us execute our vision for photos perfectly. She was very flexible and had a positive attitude throughout the long hot day. We have started getting our pictures back and couldn't be happier with them. Mariah was absolutely amazing to work with, from early emails to finished product, and everything in between. We worked with her for our engagement shoot and our wedding day. She has so many amazing qualities that not only made our days go so smoothly, but also had friends mention that they wish they had her when they had gotten married! Mariah is kind and compassionate while working with a variety of needs within our family including those with decreased mobility and disabilities to make everyone feel comfortable and relaxed, flexible and adaptable to the weather and changing needs of schedule, funny and super easy to get along with, extremely organized and helped keep the day on track time-wise, and highly talented at capturing the gorgeous lighting and capturing details and candids. Quite simply Maria is the BEST OF THE BEST! Maria photographed our June wedding in Newport, RI, and was an absolute joy to work with. From our first interaction over the phone, to our incredibly fun and laidback engagement session at the Cliff Walk, to our wedding day at The Bohlin in Newport - Maria was the loveliest person to be around and her photos beautifully captured the joy of the day. Not only was she extremely organized leading up to the wedding and a calming, capable presence during the day itself - she took the time to learn our family member's names and kept our entire (large) wedding party AHEAD of schedule! She personally knows the Newport area so well so she was able to recommend the perfect locations for our wedding portraits (avoiding the crowded touristy areas). Only 3 days after our wedding she sent us the most BEAUTIFUL sneak peek shots before we left for our honeymoon. Maria's photos truly brought us to tears and beautifully captured every little detail of the happiest day of our lives.
