Mark Michaels is the only jeweler I will recommend. The caring staff, the beautiful works of art, and the genuine care that each jeweler has for their craft is remarkable. I went in thinking I was going to pick my engagement ring and wedding band, but instead I created and hand picked each aspect of the ring, truly making it my own. And with the guidance from Kelly and Mark, I was able to feel confident in the choices I was making. I absolutely love my ring and show it off everywhere I go.

I can't say enough about Mark and his team at Mark Michael Diamond Designs. The whole process was a dream. We visited twice, the first time just to browse. Right away we were greeted by his wife and, while she made us feel welcome, happily let us browse and then leave without pressuring us to try things on or look around longer than we did. And boy were there some amazing rings to look at. Their selection is gorgeous and wide ranging, both in style and price. When you buy from Mark Michael, you are almost guaranteed to have a ring no one has ever seen before.

It was because of all these things that we came back a second time and found the ring for us. Mark was such a great navigator when it came to choosing the ring. He never forced us in any direction, was incredibly honest when it came to diamond "bang-for-your-buck" and made sure to stay in contact the entire time our ring was being designed and shipped.

Here is where I come back to an experience you won't get anywhere else. We chose a ring from a small designer on the East coast and tweaked the design to fit our diamond cut preference (a process that involved a few rounds of sketches). The communications for this process were seamlessly coordinated by Mark and, after a couple weeks, we had a final (and totally unique) design! Once the ring arrived, Mark appraised it on the spot so we could get it insured immediately. They were genuinely excited when my now-fiance picked up the ring, and we can come visit for a cleaning anytime we want.

I've had my ring for just under a week now and can't count the number of gushing compliments I've received over it. Seriously, if you're looking for a one-of-a-kind head-turning ring, Mark Michael's is THE place to go.
