About

Martinson Hall is a banquet hall and wedding venue located in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin. This renovated building combines vintage charm with modern accents to provide a gorgeous space for your wedding event. Formerly a John Deere and Ford dealership, this industrial-chic setting forms the ideal backdrop for refined celebrations.

Facilities and Capacity

Martinson Hall is home to a 4,500-square-foot event space on the building's second floor. This historic space has been reimagined as an upscale banquet hall where rustic wooden accents blend with industrial exposed brick walls. Floor plans are curated according to couples' wishes on the polished wood floors, with tables and seating provided by the event team. Contemporary light fixtures and large windows create an ambient glow that is ideal for romantic celebrations and photo ops with your guests. To-be-weds can mix indoor and outdoor soireés at this location, with a 1,700-square foot patio available for ceremonies and cocktail receptions. This rooftop patio overlooks the scenic Military Ridge Bike Trail. This is a wheelchair-accessible venue with complimentary WiFi provided for your entertainment and convenience.

Services Offered

The dedicated staff at Martinson Hall endeavor to produce unique and customized events for their cherished clients. From rehearsal dinners and wedding showers to intimate elopements and elegant receptions, they aim to bring each couple's vision to life. You can collaborate with outside vendors for all of your catering, decor, and entertainment needs.

History

The Martinson Hall wedding venue is located in the old Reilly Brothers Implement Building in Mount Horeb, originally constructed in 1912. The venue is named after the family that initially operated Martinson Brothers Implement and its evolution to the Farm Utility Store in the town from 1920 to 1970. A three-year restoration process of the entire building has resulted in the gorgeous venue space that now stands.

Must book!!!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Martinson Hall is a very BEAUTIFUL VENUE!!! It is beautifully renovated, clean and a true gem. The indoor and outdoor space is perfect for any event. Stephanie is THE greatest, she is so patient and kind. She worked with us with all the changes and accommodated our every request without any issues!!! The bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Our wedding guests are still raving about the rustic space! Thanks so much Stephanie and Martinson Hall!!!

Beautiful Venue, Great Event Coordinator

Stephanie (the newest event coordinator) was a pleasure to work with and really worked hard to make our vision come alive. She is so sweet and was very diligent about contacting and following up with vendors, answering our questions, maintaining contact throughout the months of planning, etc. She was even our bartender for the evening, which was nice since we already had a relationship with her from planning.

The venue is absolutely amazing and was the perfect fit for our wedding. We were able to have the ceremony on the balcony and move inside for dinner and dancing. We even had some yard games on the balcony for most of the evening. The venue itself is already so beautiful, we really didn’t need many decorations other than flowers and table settings.

Martinson Hall was the perfect setting for our wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

We're so happy we chose Martinson Hall!

We fell in love with Martinson Hall from the first moment we saw it in person! It is a beautiful wedding venue and the building has a ton of character. We hardly had to decorate as the venue is so gorgeous on its own!
Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating to help make our day be everything that we wanted! She followed through on everything and it was comforting to know that someone reliable was there to help with our day (letting in other vendors, bringing up the tables/chairs we needed, etc). She helped our day run smoothly!
We received so many compliments on how cool the venue was and how the day just flowed so well. We had our ceremony on the balcony followed by cocktail hour and dinner inside. The location itself is perfect as its in downtown Mount Horeb and close to bars/restaurants (if you're having a gap between the ceremony & reception) as well as close to Blue Mound State Park and Brigham County Park which make for great wedding photos!
We loved having our wedding at Martinson Hall and would recommend it to others! We wish we could relive our day there again already!
