Working with Megan was truly a dream come true for us both! Photography to us, like many others, was the most important piece of our day. When looking through a list of photographers portfolio’s my husband and I looked individually and both new immediately Megan was our photographer. Her ability to make us feel comfortable, and creativity with her photos was exactly what we wanted! She truly goes the extra mile to get a great shot and we loved getting to sneak away in moments during our ceremony because of an idea she had for a great shot! Our engagement shoot was magical and we cannot wait to get some wedding photos back soon!!

Studying photography in my undergrad, finding the right photographer for our wedding was very high on the priority list. I initially found Megan from doing a Google search of our venue and seeing what photographers had worked there before. From the first conversation I had with Megan, I knew she was the person for us. She had a wonderful balance of professionalism and relatability. We first met her when we did our engagement session in Shenandoah National Park. I cannot emphasize how helpful it was to have that session. We got to have fun hiking around the park, while also getting to know Megan better and building the relationship leading up to our big day. Not to mention the gorgeous photos that came out of that day! When planning for the engagement session and for our wedding day, Megan was responsive and available to help with ideas and providing valuable feedback from her experiences. Our wedding was a brunch wedding, which came with it’s own challenges of an early morning and tight schedule. Megan showed up on time and ready to take on the day. She was instrumental in keeping things on track and capturing the images of our day while also managing to keep my husband and I smiling the whole time! It was really a wonderful experience working with Megan and I know we will be working with her again!
