Austin at it's best!

Mercury Hall is a gem in South Austin. The ambiance is both calming and exhilarating at the same time. You can decorate the Hall and the garden areas as you wish but the backdrop is already so ... Read more beautiful, it does not take hardly anything to create the beauty that you need other than a table and a couple of chairs. We had my daughter's wedding there in July on a 100* day and evening, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were easy to work with, the contract is fair, pricing fair and we had plenty of planning access. They give helpful information, including a preferred vendor list which I used and found to be very beneficial. The wedding day and evening went smoothly without any problems and the A/C was blasting in July! The bride and groom and everyone at the wedding fell in love with Mercury Hall, I highly recommend this venue.

Couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue

Tucked away near the center of Austin, Mercury Hall offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for your ceremony and reception. The venue itself is stunning, rates are budget friendly and the manager ... Read more Courtney was a joy to work with. Plus, you can bring your own alcohol, as long as you hire an insured bartending company to serve. I had no issues whatsoever, and Courtney was always available to answer our questions and to provide vendor referrals. I highly recommend this venue.

Perfect Austin Wedding Venue!!

We got married at Mercury Hall in February and cannot say enough good things about the venue! We had 150 people at our wedding and did our ceremony outdoors under the beautiful oak trees, our cocktail ... Read more cocktail hour inside the hall, then dinner outdoors in the (tented) courtyard and were back inside for dancing. We got a ton of compliments from our guests about the venue - the hall itself is such a beautiful and simple backdrop for any type of flowers and decor that you want to put together, and of course the amazing grounds are a highlight. We also appreciated the ability to select all of our own vendors and plan everything exactly as we wanted it, instead of what we would've had at a full-service wedding venue where you have to use their catering, alcohol, etc. In addition, Courtney at Mercury Hall was extremely responsive throughout the process and went above and beyond to help us figure out how to make the best use of the space, including by sending a bunch of example floor plans showing different set ups for ceremony / cocktail hour / dinner, which was incredibly helpful. Given that we were doing an outdoor wedding in early February there was a lot of back and forth between Courtney and our wedding planners at Bird Dog Wedding regarding ceremony rain plan, tenting for the reception, etc., and Courtney was super helpful in offering suggestions / being flexible as rain loomed throughout the week leading up to the wedding (it ended up raining the morning of our wedding but had cleared up by the afternoon). Last but not least, she let my parents come back on Sunday AM to pick up our ceremony arbor which was hugely heavy and would not have been fun for them to take home Saturday night after the reception. We would definitely book our wedding with Courtney and Mercury Hall again!
