Mist Works is a wedding rental service located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Mist Works specializes in providing equipment that makes outdoor celebrations not only possible, but a breeze! We have worked throughout the Southern states for over 20 years and are led by a team of experienced professionals who are committed to making sure that your event is talked about for years to come. The Mist Works team lives by one simple mission: to keep everyone comfortable in the outdoors with their fabulous misting fans and patio heaters.

Mist Works offers a wide variety of outdoor equipment, such as portable Mist 2 Go, portable Table top, portable blizzard, specialty mist, evaporative coolers, patio heaters, and generators. They also provide a wide range of services, including:

  • Event planners / special event companies please call for specials.
  • Large (think Jazz Fest, X-Games, Beer fests & PGA Championships) or small events & festivals can benefit from cooling misters! Guest enjoy the music, sport, art, food & drinks comfortably with our misting fans!
  • VIP areas will be extra “COOL” with Mist Works.
  • Mist fans for weddings, hotels, hospitality venues, parks, sports misters, backyards, movie sets, beach, crawfish boils and any other kind of event you need to be COOL.
  • Patio Heaters available in Gulf Breeze / Pensacola area only
  • Please understand, cooling and breeze distance is based on weather-the hotter and drier it is the larger temp drop If there is a cross-breeze where the fans are placed, the distance of the fan breeze will be limited-and fans should possibly be turned or moved to work WITH mother nature.

Prior to renting, you should know:

• • Delivery, setup and support onsite available, but not included in rental pricing (additional fees will apply).
  • We cannot control the weather so we will try to work with it. If itsraining, don’t run the mist, just the fan. Always aim fans same direction natural wind is blowing.
  • Minimum $250 credit card damage authorization/hold required
  • ALL EVENTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE and not refundable.
