Jeffery and his staff were great! He met with us to create a menu that fit with our personalities, our tastes, and within our budget.

For our hors d'oeuvres we chose:
Cheese crusted Garlic Bread sticks
Caprese Skewers
Chicken Satay Skewers with Thai Peanut Sauce
Meatballs 3 ways
-Swedish
-Italian
-BBQ

For the dinner Buffet we chose:
Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Sage Butter
Mr. Ardi's Famous Tri-Tip

At the tables we had:
Ceasar Salad
2 types of rolls
-Pumpernickel
-Sourdough

All my guests are still raving about the food. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of how he would pull off the Pot Pie for a buffet style dish. It was delicious! What first drew me to Mr. Ardi's catering was his Tri-tip. He has mastered this art and he didn't disappoint at my wedding. The Ravioli's were far beyond my expectations. I've never seen ravioli that was so beautiful. All the food was so tasty and I would definitely recommend him to everyone. I also have to admit that I was very impressed with his portable kitchen set up. He had to travel quite a distance to cater my wedding but he was well prepared. Not only does he have a full commercial kitchen in Northridge, but he is also equipped with many portable devices that allow him to cook just about anything, just about anywhere.

Mr. Ardi was very easy to work with and went out of his way for us. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have phenomenal food at their occasion with a staff that is friendly, helpful, and professional.
