We planned our wedding from Chicago and we were looking for a planner that is established in the Monterey area. Ryan and I hired Ashley early on in the planning. We knew we wanted a planner and she was a perfect fit for us. We had just moved to the Monterey Bay area and her knowledge and relationship with other vendors was priceless. Our original wedding date was 6/20/2020 and because, ugh- covid) we had to reschedule. Twice! Ashley was a lifesaver. Each time she contacted all the vendors and venue and worked with everyone to find a date that would work. The day of her and team ran things like clockwork. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I just had to show up, ready to go. And it was perfect. Almost 2 years later Ashley had become someone Ryan and I consider a friend and its bittersweet to finally have had our wedding because we had to say goodbye to such an amazing person.

I honestly didn't think we even needed a coordinator. I am such an organized person and planning has always been a strong suit of mine. But I could not have been more wrong. Ashley was EXACTLY what we needed. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, but she was there for us long before the day of. Months before the wedding, she was calling our vendors, making sure each and every one of them was confirmed, and knew and adhered to the timeline she created. As for the day-of... it was beyond what I had even pictured in my mind. Best day of our lives, and it couldn't have been nearly what it was without her. A brides worst nightmare happened the morning of our wedding - suddenly we didn't have linens for our reception tables. Ashley called me from Bed, Bath, and Beyond and was literally shopping for linens for us on the morning of our wedding. If that doesn't explain how amazing she is, I don't know what does.
