I needed nilsa at my wedding!!! i saw her reviews on this site and had to have her. looking at her menus and the options she offered was exactly what me and my now husband wanted. tradition puerto rican food with a fancy twist. many of our guests had never been to the island and we wanted to show them just how amazing the food was. added to that we also included a whole pig!!! and wow did it taste amazing it was definitely the show stopper of our wedding and i thought there was going to be left overs but it was almost alll gone! Nilsa was a true professional and i’m so happy she catered our wedding i would chose her and her team over and over again!

Nilsa and her team are incredible at what they do. From the moment we sampled her dishes, we knew our guests were in for a treat. Our wedding food was simply some of the best we have ever had, and our guests all agreed. The presentation was beautiful, everything was piping hot and impeccably fresh, and the service and attention to detail were outstanding. We still dream of our wedding meal and will compare every paella to Nilsa's from now on. Food was the most important thing to us, and Nilsa and her team exceeded expectations.

First of all the hospitality of Nilsa and her team are unmatched. Our tasting was in her own home and she has a warm loving nature that shows in her food. My guests still keep raving about her appetizers! I'm also sure people were fighting over her tuna tartar tacos haha. The main course was cooked to perfection which is incredibly hard to do on a grand scale (especially steak). Her flavors just keep you wanting to grab for bite after bite. And very reasonably priced. Thank you Nilsa and your team! For making and I quote from my mother-in-law "the best food she's ever had at a wedding"!
