If you are looking for a location that provides a natural setting for one of the most beautiful places in the North Georgia Mountains, you will be enchanted by what Odom Springs has to offer. Our rustic charm and country elegance will provide the perfect setting for your wedding celebration. We strive to tailor each wedding to the couple's individual style, and are confident that your wedding at our vineyards will be a magical event that you will never forget.

Odom Springs Vineyards' tasting room is located on the property and has regular operating hours from Wednesday-Saturday until 6pm. Sundays we close at 5pm. We will close early to the general public (at 5:00PM) for your ceremony.

With your site fee you are afforded the exclusive use of the vineyard to include:

Odom Springs Vineyards Lodge - you receive full use of the OSV lodge for the day before the wedding, day of the wedding, and night of the wedding.

The OSV Lodge accommodate's 12 guests only, including Bride and Groom. Names of the guests must be provided to OSV event coordinator prior to stay. It's the perfect place to serve as bridal quarters, groomsmen changing rooms, and a great place to store items used for decor and so forth for the "Special Day"! Our Lodge will be available to you at 3:00 PM the day before your wedding through 12:00 PM the day after your wedding.

The site fee for the exclusive use of the vineyards and its grounds is $3250.00.

The fee schedule is 1/2 of site fee required to book event (non-refundable), remaining 1/2 due 30 days prior to event.

The deposit to hold your date is 1/2 of the site fee, $1625.00.

We do not do catering, but would be happy to offer suggestions to you, or you are welcome to provide your own.

OSV provides tables and chairs for up to 200 guests between our pavilion and winery decks.

We do not decorate or provide flowers, we can recommend florists to you.

As a rule of thumb, you should allow one bottle per 2 guests (roughly 2 glasses of wine per guest) for the event. Our wines range from $16.95-$22.95 per bottle. We bill wine on a consumption basis. If you want to limit the total amount spent on wine, we can monitor the wine and alert you when you are nearing that amount. You may also limit the wine list at your event. We give a 10% discount on each case. We do not serve any other wine than ours. Also note there is no hard liquor permitted on the premises, however if you have guest who wish to drink beer in their own cup, that is fine.

There is a four-hour maximum time slot for all private events. All events must conclude by 10:00 PM.

Each additional winery employee required for pouring is an additional $100.00.

The person signing this contract certifies that he/she has the authority for his/her action on behalf of the organization or parties represented.

Set-up can begin AFTER 4:00 PM the day before the event, and all decorations must be removed by 12:00 PM the day following the event, or a clean-up fee applies.
