Our wedding took place after two years of postponement, from a New Years Eve wedding transformed into a summer wedding on a Monday, we were blown away. Nick’s passion for his craft and his business translated into breathtakingly stunning decor for our studio engagement shoot. He was able to guide us towards a theme that was classic in aesthetic, yet totally unique and unlike anything we’d ever seen, which was exactly what we had wanted. From the first time we spoke to Nick, we knew that our flowers were going to be beautiful. Nick was very professional and is extremely creative. If you trust him and his process you will not go wrong. As well, do not have unrealistic expectations. Do your research and ensure the flowers you want are in season. If you want coloured flowers, make sure you know if it is even possible. We have no complaints and wouldn't change a thing he did.

You get what you pay for! Nicholas did an outstanding job with our wedding florals. We received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful everything looked.

From the first time we talked to Nicholas he made use feel at ease. His passion for florals and making a wedding beautiful sold us. He was flexible to work within our budget and make my floral vision work. Everything from the centerpieces, head table arrangement, bridal bouquet etc looking oustanding.

The overall process of working with Nicholas was easy as well. He is definitely a busy guy but you wont be disappointed! Everything was on site at the time expected and set up was taken care of. We had florals moved from the ceremony location to the reception location (same venue just different area) and this was taken care of by his team seamlessly. At the end of the night Nicholas showed up for take down of the centerpieces and was so friendly.

I am privileged to have the honour of working with Nicholas for our wedding. When searching for a florist I did not want the standard cookie cutter arrangements seen in the many weddings I have attended. Nicholas is a true artist with such incredible creativity as his floral arrangements are truly one of a kind. No two brides are the same and as evidenced by his work no two weddings will ever be the same. This is because he caters to your vision and your wedding theme and at the same time will offer his creative genius. Nicholas and his team were so great. During our first meeting, he was able to understand exactly what I was looking for. He was very flexible too. I requested for a change literally days before the wedding and he still made it happen. The team was very professional as well. On the day of the wedding, it started to rain and they were able to adjust and quickly bring things in and out so we could still have our wedding outdoor. Overall, great experience and highly recommend!

Nicholas at Opening Night Flowers is INCREDIBLE. From the moment I sent my first email asking for information I noticed how incredibly professional, friendly, and flexible he and his team are. We were planning our wedding from another province and he made it possible to meet with him on our schedule. I'm not a very creative person, and all he had to go on was a colour scheme that I liked and a general description of the look I wanted. In our meeting he instantly came up with a million fabulous ideas and showed me different flowers that I would never have thought of. I had total trust in him and he delivered! I even changed and added a few things closer to the wedding date and any time I asked for something, he took it, ran with it, and made it SO much better than I could have thought. He also found ways to cut costs while choosing different arrangements and flowers, which is always so greatly appreciated.

You can tell that he is super proud of his creations (as he should be!) and was there, the day of the wedding, setting up the floral arrangements and making sure everything was perfect. He even stayed AFTER the ceremony to move the florals that we used for the ceremony into the reception.

Everyone loved the flowers, and I couldn't stop looking at all the fabulous details, especially in my bouquet!
