OK, OK, OK! This place rocks! From what simply seems to be "just cupcakes" to major works of art and explosions of unexpected combinations and flavor parings...just terrific! I had Over The Rainbow Cupcakes put together a very special birthday cake for my husband Joey. He is from the south and has always wanted a spice cake with caramel icing just like his Mom made for him when he was a little boy. Roman KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!! He actually found an old recipe for a "southern spice cake" and from scratch managed to bring a 61 year old man to tears! We love you Roman! It was terrific, everyone loved it and we savored it to the last crumb. Also, his wedding cakes and cupcakes are works of art. It seems no matter what wedding or event I am booking, this bakery's name comes up even before I ask who is doing the cake. A true professional, I can fully recommend him with confidence.
