My husband and I booked Pamela's catering for our wedding reception. She was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She really worked with us to make sure this event was everything we wanted and more. From the first meeting to the date of the reception, she showed enthusiasm and dedication to her work. Always went the extra mile to make sure our event was special and memorable. The food was amazing! We received tons of compliments from our guests on how much flavor the food had. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Fran and her staff not only for the absolutely delicious food we got, but the customer service aspect as well.

Fran of Pamela's Catering is probably the sweetest and most helpful caterer I have ever dealt with! I was first introduced to her from when someone had gotten an Italian-dip-tort (simply amazing!!!) from her. After that I ordered a couple of them for family parties and they were always the first thing gone. Sadly I moved out of the area for quite some time, but I never forgot about what great food I got from Fran. So when I moved back in the area and got engaged and needed a caterer, I immediately thought of Pamela's catering.

Fran made everything so simple and was super prompt and responsive to any questions I had. If I needed a suggestion for a vendor for a rental or specific items (like an Italian bakery) she always was able to provide me information for various vendors she personally worked with.

Then a week before my wedding, I found out that the original plan of having my dinner/reception wouldn't work because of improvements not being completed at the hall. Fran totally stepped up to the challenge and helped make an outdoor pavilion reception possible. Everything was perfect and her staff made it look amazing, and no one was the wiser that it was supposed to have been inside.

Everyone raved about how great the food was, and the portions were very generous (we did a family style dinner). Not to mention the price per plate was extremely reasonable and the quality of food was spectacular! I would recommend Pamela's Catering to any bride that wants her guests to remember the great food at their wedding!!!!

Pamela's Catering was outstanding! They thought of all several 'extra's that helped with our unique outdoor wedding and barn venue! The quality of food was perfect and the guest commented on how tasty everything was. Thank you so much for sharing our day with us!
