Suitable for any weather, the grounds boast four terraces that can set the stage for every part of your once-in-a-lifetime occasion. With 2,400 square feet of available space, the Banchetto is a banquet hall that is able to accommodate up to 100 attendees. It is replete with high ceilings, rustic wooden beams, and sparkling chandeliers, while its climate controls ensure comfort for all of your loved ones. The Grand Lawn is a versatile lawn area suitable for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and starlit dinners. The property also features a pair of charming lawn terraces brimming with Pacific Northwest-style plants. After dusk, the venue comes to life with landscape lighting and eye-catching strung lights. You are free to make use of the beautifully-furnished Prep Suite, a get-ready room that has lots of mirrors, lighting, and plush decor.

Services Offered

Rentals of Parties on the Terrace grant you exclusive access to the private estate between 10 am and 10 pm on your big day. Vendors are welcome to set up anytime during rental hours or by appointment. The venue is happy to reserve time for a 90-minute rehearsal sometime during the week preceding your ceremony. Event items such as tables, chairs, and a state-of-the-art PA system can be provided. Eager to bring your vision to fruition, the staff can give you a list of their preferred vendors.
