Lori Vreeke is a true artist! To say her cakes and pastries are pieces of art in themselves is an understatement! I have worked with her an seen many of her amazing cakes. Alas, I have developed a gluten and diary intolerance and can no longer enjoy her tasty treats, but I remember loving them because they were not gooey and cloyingly sweet, but delicate and homemade tasting.But above all, her artwork wows!
