Delicious and not bland

Food was amazing and Amanda/PB&J team were awesome too! We had artisan cheese display and fruits with amaretto dip for our cocktail hour! I loved the pimento cheese with brown sugar bacon we sampled at our tasting and Amanda was thoughtful enough to save me my own personal side of that! I was busy taking photos so I wouldn’t have had a chance to get my own!
They were also very flexible. Three days before my wedding, we had to switch venues due to the weather and I’m not sure they blinked an eye!
Pb&J catering also recommended a baker for our cake, who we ultimately hired as well! The cake was moist and delicious too! I don’t think we tried anything we didn’t like when we sampled their food. Go ahead and try them out and hire them!

Accommodating and Flexible

PB&J was extremely helpful in putting together our menu. They helped us make some small modifications to their dishes to make it fit our style and the flow of our reception. They were also very flexible when the schedule went out the window due to shuttle bus company failure, and we can't thank them enough for that! Food was delicious, and I'm happy to still be eating leftovers.

Delicious, memorable!

PB&J helped make my wedding that much more special. We opted for salad and cheese display while pictures were being taken so guests were taken care of. We added hot heavy hor d'oeuvres for 54, we brought so much food home, it was more than enough. The cheese display had pimento cheese and goat which I love and apparently so did my guests. The banged up shrimp, bourbon chicken skewers and mini Monte Cristo's were probably my favorites. I was able to knock out the order and pick everything in an hour. You shouldn't be disappointed if you use them for your wedding.
