Facilities and Capacity
Pearson Ranch can accommodate up to 150 wedding guests in its indoor and outdoor event spaces. Couples may select a ceremony site that fits their wedding-day vision at Pearson Ranch. The 150-acre property features golden fields, stately oak and redwood trees, and breathtaking vistas. Inside the 2,500 square-foot barn, there is ample space available for several buffet tables and a large dance floor. Pearson Ranch also features a 400-square-foot cottage, which is available to be used as a bridal or groom's suite where you and your wedding party can sit back, relax and prepare to walk down the aisle on one of the most exciting days of your lives.

Services Offered
Pearson Ranch is a venue available for hosting bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies and receptions on select weekends in July through September. A property representative will be with each couple throughout the entirety of their wedding day attending to their every want and need. Pearson Ranch works with outside vendors for the wedding events they host and also offers a list of preferred vendors to couples as they plan their wedding. Pearson Ranch books one wedding per weekend so you and your guests can have accessibility of the ranch without any interference.

Other Services
Pearson Ranch provides props to couples to make their wedding ceremony and reception appear more rustic. Those props include bales of hay with canvas covers, antique tractors, rustic wedding signage, a ceremony arbor, antique jars and bottles, and one-of-a-kind jack candlesticks. Wireless Internet, parking and wheelchair access is also available to all at Pearson Ranch.
