All I can say is WOW! We called Bonnie 3 weeks before our wedding and she nailed it. This was a 250+ person wedding with indoor and outdoor elements. 5 different food vendors alone, and so many others she had to wrangle. She pointed out things we never even would have considered, that’s what nearly 2 decades in the business gets you. She worked throughout the entire day and night. She pulled it all together flawlessly. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend Bonnie to anyone with a wedding in their future. Bonnie was- oh my god, I can't even put into words how wonderful Bonnie from Perfect Events was to work with. I was originally out to hire for only a Day-Of Coordinator as I was pretty sure I could do all the pre-planning myself, but Bonnie's "partial planning" was only an extra $400 on top of that which is a STEAL in my book.
We had tons of meetings where she helped me organize what I needed to buy, how to arrange all the decor, and the ins and outs of wedding ettiquette. Her Day-Of Coordination wasn't even that expensive either compared to others I was looking at! She was like $1400 total maaaaybe! And there was just so much she did for the wedding that I definitely think she could charge more and it would be worth it.
Her Day-Of Coordination was stellar too! Even more stellar than her planning, I think! She set up and took down all my decor, organized all the vendors, delivered all my checks, and just essentially ran around nonstop the day of the wedding which gave me the freedom to truly enjoy it. Like, my god, get yourself a Day Of Coordinator and hire Bonnie.
I legitimately can't recommend her enough.
