Well to start I did not receive my album until 2mos short of our 1 year anniversary and it was told to me in an email it was my fault. Met with her a few times and would only hear from her if i reached out first. Never checks her emails and was told by her she had stayed in bed 3mos after hearing some news, I know the news, however, no one died and she wasn't sick. When you run a business and people are waiting for products they paid for its real unprofessional. The picture were not digitally enhanced or made to look professional. A lot of these pictures were left plain and not changed. I have recorded emails asking her to use more enhancment and eliminate background items that were distracting. She still did not do anything special. Worst of all i do not have any fun pictures with me or my bridesmaids or groom with groomsmen....HELLO WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY 101...who misses this! Lighting equipment fail after ceremony, she made up with family portrait. Overall I do not think she has the technology, creativity or imagination to give breathtaking photo's, nor does she have a studio or shop. I was referred by a family member who now is even upset with the work. I have been to 3 weddings since my own and now understand what a real photographers work looks like. It is not a great feeling to not want to show your wedding photos or album and to explain to family why they paid good money for unsatisfactory work. There is no theme to my album pages and it's just all over the place. My wedding was Peacock themed using blue and green, real easy. I am currently seeking digital enhancement for my photos. I would not recommend this photographer.
