My (now) fiance reached out to Pierce Custom Jewelers through their website. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted in my engagement ring and I had family diamonds to use. They were quick to respond, made sure to understand what I wanted, and were very polite. I was looking to get a salt and pepper diamond as my center stone. After discussing with us, David (the manager) was quick to get a salt and pepper stone in for us to look at. When we arrived at Pierce, David was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understood what I was looking for. After showing him the family ring I was hoping to use, they offered to clean it for free! This was done within minutes while we chatted with David about our custom design. It was only a few days later that David called to let us know that our design was ready to view. They had also gone ahead and designed a wedding band to go along with it. A few days after that, David found the perfect salt and pepper diamond for my engagement ring! It also came in under budget! Just a few short weeks later and the ring was on my hand! I can not recommend Pierce Jewelers enough. The ring is absolutely beautiful! They were able to incorporate my family diamonds perfectly. I truly could not have imagined my ring being more beautiful. I've had it about a month and a half now and I stare at it all the time. I did need to get it resized and this was done in a quick ten minute stop by the store. I am so thankful that we chose Pierce to create my ring and can't wait to get our wedding bands through them as well!

Oh my gosh, I can't begin to say enough good things about Pierce Jewelers! Those guys are awesome! My fiance did an amazing job picking out a gorgeous ring from the great selection they have there, but all of the staff at Pierce Jewelers make you feel like family! We got more than a fair price for my engagement ring and my fiance went there because he knew how much I loved them as jewelers from getting other jewelry repaired there.
