Facilities and Capacity
Postcard Inn on the Beach offers both indoor and outdoor venue options to host your ceremony and reception. Their venue options include the Garden Courtyard, a gorgeous outdoor space featuring market lighting for a whimsical, romantic feel. This venue can comfortably seat up to 230 people. The Sunset Ballroom is dressed with beautiful neutral tones and retro light fixtures, capable of accommodating up to 150 guests. Its adjoining terrace overlooks the iconic Garden Courtyard and allows plenty of natural light into the room. For more intimate gatherings, the industrial-chic Boat House is suitable for up to 80 guests. Overlooking the garden's fire pit, the Garage is complete with fully functioning garage doors for added authenticity. If you'd like a totally immersive experience, you can host from 100-1000 people on the picturesque white sand beach. Make precious memories with loved ones as you enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Postcard Inn on the Beach provides the convenience of supplying all the necessary barware, china, flatware, glassware, and linens for your wedding. Choose from buffet style, plated meals, or chef stations for your celebration. Before your wedding day, you and your partner can attend a menu tasting to sample the delicious offerings by the catering team. The venue is available to host bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and elopements. There are spacious and comfortable rooms for your guests and a honeymoon suite for you and your partner. For your convenience, the team offers set-up and clean-up services. Other amenities available include event rentals and ample on-site parking.

Best wedding ever!!!
I am especially grateful for Postcard Inn's Catering Sales Manager, Merzedes Suarez. Merzedes will go above and beyond for you. She literally walked over to the neighboring building and relocated two of their trashcans so they wouldn't be in our line of sight during the ceremony. That is a level of care and detail that is totally unmatched.
I'm also grateful to their Sales Coordinator, Indya Kristensen. Indya worked so hard to make everything look so perfect!
Thanks to Merzedes and Indya, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day without a worry in the world.
Some additional highlights:
-Every single person who works at Postcard Inn is so warm and helpful - from the front desk staff (shoutout to Aaron who gave us much needed tissues before our first look) to their bartenders and waiters. Everyone is truly kind and cool.
-The food is AMAZING. Their chef is so talented. I wish I could eat our wedding buffet every night for the rest of my life.
-Security did a great job and the bar was quiet throughout the entire ceremony which we were so grateful for.
-The bridal getting ready room was so spacious and comfortable! The "garage" game space we used for the groom getting ready room was super fun and cool. Guys don't really have to get ready so it was nice that they could hang out and play games together.
-Merzedes and Indya left such a sweet welcome gift in our room! It was such a nice touch and we're going to cheers and cherish our PCI wine glasses forever!!
Postcard Inn is not your stuffy ballroom wedding, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way! Thank you again to everyone at Postcard Inn. We had the greatest day of our lives and we look forward to seeing you all again on anniversary trips!!! :)
