With more than 35 years in the event industry, Shelly's concentration is in special event coordination and design. Her amazing vision, imaginative theme designs, and attention to detail is widely recognized by industry professionals. From linens to flowers to buffet design - Shelly's artistic talents are second to none.

Chef Patrick's culinary background is a perfect match to Shelly's accomplishments. As a three-time culinary competition medalist, Patrick thrives on the challenges of creating interest and excitement through imaginative menu design. With a background in an array of cuisines, Patrick truly enjoys creating innovative and exciting dishes.
