Let me first state that Jerry came off as being very professional at first. He made great promises, and he showed up on time to the wedding. During the wedding, it seemed as though he wasn't missing anything.

However, he has been nothing but unprofessional since then. The most important part of all this is that he spelled my husband's name wrong in the DVD intro! OK, so people make mistakes. We watched the DVD and I e-mailed him immediately. He said he would fix it. Problem solved, right? Nope. I later received an e-mail saying that he actually couldn't because he deleted the footage.

So, he screwed up and I have to deal with the fact that my husband's name is wrong. He has been unresponsive ever since, even refusing to take the DVD back and correct his problem.

There were other problems, but none as serious as the one above. Another example: He cut off my maid of honor (my sister's) speech in the video. So, nobody will ever get to see the punchline, which was a rap song she decided to write and perform for the wedding. It was hysterical, and now it's also lost forever.

There is a chance he could correct all this. However, seeing as though I've e-mailed him multiple times, I'll probably have to fix this through other means (if I can at all).

If he had admitted his mistake, apologized and tried to come up with some alternative to leaving me with his mistake, I would be less angry. But, he didn't. He had a choice to fix his mistake and refuses to.

Making mistakes is one thing, refusing to fix them is another. Save yourself the headache and find a professional. Trust me, it's worth it!
