Radisson Blu Fargo is a beautiful, 4-star hotel wedding venue in Downtown Fargo. The venue is stylish and modern offering breathtaking views of the city, and elegant upscale spaces for dining and celebrating. Couples can expect a warm welcome, mouthwatering food prepared by Chef Kyle and his culinary team, and superior service. Full decor options are available through the Radisson Blu including chair covers, backdrop, centerpieces, up-lighting, and colored linen.
Facilities and Capacity
The Cityscape Ballroom will accommodate up to 280 guests seated at dinner, and up to 400 for a social. Situated on the 3rd floor, the room offers a breathtaking view of downtown Fargo with a full wall of windows. The ballroom can be set with chairs, making it a fantastic option for couples needing space for a ceremony, reception & dance all in one. This versatility allows to-be-weds to think big when planning and to celebrate every stage of their wedding journey in the hotel for the convenience of them, and their guests. The venue also offers a well-arranged pre-function space and three additional spaces ideal for the wedding party to use for get-ready rooms, bridal showers, gift openings, and rehearsal dinners. At the evening’s end, a selection of luxury guest rooms awaits for attendees to choose from. Minimalist in design, yet warm and cozy, they welcome a peaceful night’s sleep. There is parking available on-site and is free beginning at 5 pm on Friday through 3 am Monday.
Services Offered
Providing a range of diverse wedding packages, the staff offers couples a range of services to suit all styles of celebrations. Our on-site event planner can help organize every detail and provide service and advice when needed. Catering will be provided by Chef Ryan and his culinary team whose menus are sure to delight guests. The management offers access to a number of event services and assists with the event cleanup and setup. Airport shuttle service is complimentary for guests and also offers availability to run between the ceremony site and the hotel. Elevate the guest experience with valet parking available 24 hours per day.

Erin is so excited to be taking on the wedding coordinator duties at the Radisson Blu effective May 2021! With 12+ years of wedding planning in the Fargo area, Erin has a great depth of experience and a fabulous network of vendors that she can't wait to share with all the brides and grooms celebrating at the Radisson Blu. Erin got her start planning weddings at a fine dining restaurant in Moorhead, MN, and spent 9 years there throwing non-traditional but truly personal and memorable weddings. One of her favorite times was the huge wedding boom right after same-sex marriages were finally recognized as legal unions! Those celebrations were extra special and so full of love. Erin planned weddings at the Radisson on and off over the past 3 years and is so excited to now be taking on this role full time. She takes a great deal of pride in planning weddings and receptions that really reflect the love story of her couples and makes sure that the happy couple (and their moms!) can leave everything to her on their big day and just CELEBRATE!
When not planning weddings you can find Erin out and about in Fargo with her 2 sons, Dylan and Ezra. They spend a lot of time cheering on the Bison, Redhawks, and Fargo Force, enjoying downtown Fargo, and hanging out at the lakes with the rest of their family. Family is everything to Erin, which definitely drives her to make sure weddings at the Radisson Blu are an amazing and special experience for the families she helps join together!
