My mother, who is not an easy woman to please, was so impressed with everything about the Holiday Inn and their staff. I personally dealt with Kristin. She is beyond words incredible. I was not the best bride around. Didn't have anything planned until about 2 months before the wedding, always forgot to bring the paperwork she needed with me. She never made me feel bad about it, she just said "We'll take care of it." And take care of it they did!! We held our ceremony and reception here. Ceremony was in a section of the ballroom, cocktail hour in the atrium and reception back in the ballroom. I made centerpieces for the reception, but didn't think I needed any for cocktail hour...When I got to the hotel to get ready that morning, Kristin had made her own (BEAUTIFUL) centerpieces for the tables during cocktail hour. It looked so much better, and I'm so happy she thought of doing that. During the reception she was right there anytime we needed anything. Although I didn't get out to the bar for myself at all that evening, I hear (from EVERYONE) that the bartender was incredible! The banquet staff was top notch. And dinner was much better than anticipated. Even a caterer in our family, who never likes any food but his own was impressed. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn (and especially Kristin) to anyone.

The Holiday Inn on Carrier Circle provided all that I had envisioned for my wedding reception. Cocktail hour in the atrium with plenty of room to move around and mingle. When the ballroom doors opened and the guests walked in and saw how beautifully the tables were set and the chairs were covered and tied with bows, they gasped. The food was excellent and the staff was organized and efficient.

We had our reception here and overall I was pleased. Kristin was great to work with. My husband was anxious to have our reception at a hotel but the big picture windows in the atrium really added the outdoor touch he was looking for. The bartenders were great. My only complaints were that dinner was very delayed - our photographer even had to stay late to make up for that. However, in their defense, the wedding party was a little late arriving due to a nasty storm on the trip from the photo session. My other complaint was that when we came in for a tasting, we were served boneless chicken. At the reception, we were served bone-in chicken. However, Kristin seemed just as surprised as us. She talked to the chef about how that was unacceptable and offered us an anniversary dinner at a later point. Overall, I was very pleased. We had a great time and my wedding guests still tell me it was "the best wedding ever."
