Made wedding planning a breeze!

We had our rehearsal dinner ceremony and reception at this venue and it was great! The on site coordinator is very easy to work with and they have many catering options. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding 😊 I’d recommend this venue to anyone who would like the western theme, as they also have horses on site you can have pictures taken with!

Rustic and beautiful

We had friends and family come from all over the United States. The families took the time cannot only enjoy your wedding, but also take a much-needed vacation. The ranch offered something for everyone. The new head chef did a spectacular job on our food. The stuff was warm and friendly, And we were treated with friendship level kindness. I would absolutely recommend Rancho de los Caballeros to anyone looking for a destination wedding.

Look no further... this is the place.

We went back and forth about where to have our wedding — and after a few months of research and number crunching we decided on Rancho de los Caballeros... and this was definitely the best decision we made. Everything was fantastic. They made everything so easy for us and our guests loved it.

Two big takeaways:

1) Doing everything in one place worked out so well for us and our guests. We had a block of over 50 rooms at the ranch - so all of our guests (110) were staying together onsite for 2-3 nights. This was so fantastic because our wedding wasn't just a few hours of celebration, but a multiple day celebration. Everyone could hang out throughout the days and really enjoy their vacation. Additionally, we were able to connect with so many of our guests and were able to enjoy the weekend with everyone. We also did everything on site (rehearsal, grooms dinner, ceremony & reception) so it really cut down on the logistics so the weekend was a breeze for us and our guests. There were no buses or valet — so everyone could cut loose and not worry about getting home at the end of the night... since the rooms are all a short walk. If you're not a cowboy/girl, don't be swayed by it being a "Ranch"... everything is gorgeous and it doesn't feel like a dusty corral with the smell of horse manure. The desert is stunning and the facilities are really charming — they can be dressed up for any wedding type.

2) The biggest thing we loved about Caballeros... their people and service. The went above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of. Everything went so smooth and their staff are fantastic. Even better, there were dozens of opportunities for them to nickel-and-dime us, but that's not how they operate. One quick story... we had 110 people at our wedding and I asked about the cost of having more bar tenders on hand if the line for drinks got too long. Their response... "oh, if the line is long we will just grab other bar staff to help serve — it's our job to make sure the line moves. So don't worry about anything, it's all included". Wow! And they had this approach time and again... they wanted to make sure everything went perfectly and weren't out to squeeze every penny out of us.

Last point on their staff and accommodating approach... we had a vegan wedding menu. Caballeros had never done a Vegan wedding - but they were more than happy to do it... and they absolutely nailed it. We had so many people comment on how good the food was. Everyone left full!

The only thing I would do different??... not have waited so long to book Caballeros. They were a HUGE reason our weekend was absolutely perfect.
