Red Lion was EXCELLENT at everything they did. Communication was amazing, the food was great, and everything ran right on schedule! We worked with Sandy and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely responsive and great with keeping to our budget, while providing the delicious food to our guests. We did quite a few tastings throughout Milwaukee and LOVED Red Lion's food the best! She also helped us order linen and made sure everything was set up and perfect the day of our wedding. Red Lion Pub was absolutely amazing! Sandy and the rest of her team executed the dinner flawlessly. Sandy was extremely professional, helpful and flexible during the entire process. The only difficult part was figuring out what food we wanted because they had so many fantastic options to choose from! We ended up going with the Braised Short Rib as well as the Mushroom & Spinach Penne as our main courses with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables as our sides. Every guest we spoke with said that they loved the food. Red Lion Pub was also able to get us a smaller portion of Mac N’ Cheese for the kids that attended the wedding. Our hat also goes off to the Red Lion Pub for being able to coordinate such a flawless execution on the day of the wedding especially considering it was at a venue they had never been to before.
