Rendezvous Room Event Center is a wedding venue attached to the River Ranch Resort in Noel, Missouri. Conveniently located in the four state area, the River Ranch Resort is a destination for visitors to the Ozark Hills. The Rendezvous Room is the newest addition to this property, and was under construction for 30 years before the final touches were added. The room offers spectacular views and cozy accents, making it an excellent space in which to host celebrations of love.

Facilities and Capacity
The 3,600-square-foot Rendezvous Room Event Center boasts large glass windows that overlook the river below. While weddings at the Ranch can be held outside in the lush natural landscape, this space is perfect for couples looking for an indoor ceremony. The room is also ideal for receptions, and is available for parties of 30 or more and can accommodate up to 150 guests. The space is outfitted with a large fireplace, lodge furnishings, and a stage where couples can sit during the reception dinner.

Services Offered
Comprehensive wedding packages come with tables and chairs, setup and cleanup, and a full A/V system. Lighting can be customized to the couples’ needs and desires, and the room comes with air conditioning and heating. An 120” screen allows couples to play videos or slideshows that encapsulate their unique love story. Optional entertainment and activities can also be provided for the enjoyment of the wedding guests. Initial packages come with four hours of event time, but the venue is happy to work with couples if they require additional hours. Accommodations are also available on-site in the many cabins that the Ranch provides, while adventurous couples can opt to camp.

Cuisine
This venue’s on-site catering is truly one-of-a-kind. Dinner selections include mouth-watering hickory-smoked St. Louis Ribs or chicken and slow-cooked brisket, pulled pork, or sausage. These meals come with sides of ranch baked beans, cheesy potato casserole, green beans with hickory-smoked bacon, and more. Hors d’oeuvres include handmade beer bread served with hot butter, vegetable or cheese trays, toasted corn chips with homemade salsa, and bottomless bread roll baskets. Homemade blackberry or apple cobbler is served for dessert. All dining options are available for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and receptions.
