We knew that we wanted a wedding in nature with dancing until at least 12am. In the Napa area, this is a near impossible task! RLL helped us find a venue that was absolutely magical and worked with us to craft a day that felt extremely “us”. Not only did we end up with the wedding we were hoping for, but also amazing food, music, and flowers. One of the highlights of working with RLL was the connections to fantastic vendors. We liked everyone they chose so much that it was hard to say goodbye after the party! RLL also worked out all the details to make guests feel included and taken care of the whole weekend — all of our friends reached out afterwards to express how much they appreciated this. Thank you to Jess and Lisa who worked incredibly hard to plan such a special day and then stayed by our side the whole time to make sure it went smoothly.

We chose RLL after interviewing ~10 planners, and the eventual reason came down to just "vibes." Jess & Lisa are just lovely to talk to communicate with. For the last year of planning our wedding with Jess and Lisa, we've felt taken care of, listened to, and supported. They were necessary in guiding us toward the best choices and keeping us focused on our ultimate goals. They were patient when we repeated ourselves and harped on tiny details, and helped give us patience when we were coordinating with some kinda frustrating vendors.

I really wonder how anyone keeps their cool without a wedding planner - this process showed me how much work goes into making it looks easy, and having their expert opinions saved us on multiple near misses. One specific benefit is their wealth of documents & templates - an entire wedding portal that has things like timeline checklists, gratuity guidance, questionnaires, etc.

On our actual wedding weekend, it felt like we had such a team behind us. From getting additional help from Lili, who jumped in and never missed a beat, to their focused attention during that final week, it was all so reassuring.

Riley Loves LuLu was instrumental in pulling through our vision when it came to our wedding.

Our journey with Lisa & Jess started almost 22 months prior to our big day. They started out making sure we had a handful of vendors within our area and budget to pick from which really help us shape our vision. These two were extremely patient with us, as shopped vendor to vendor until we hit on what we believed was the perfect fit. Months leading up to event, Lisa and Jess were available by email and call to ensure any vendor question or aesthetic concern was addressed. Lisa always went the extra mile coming with us to any rental or venue walk through we had. Jess always offered to stay on calls a little extra longer whenever we had any additional concerns. The team always made us felt we were in their best interest when it came to the vendor selection process. Our email threads may have exceeded to 30-40+ responses and their team didn’t waiver!!

By the time of our wedding date, we had the utmost confidence in Lisa and Jess that they would not only know our vision on the day of but would logistically pull through anything and everything we needed to ensure the day was a success. We had no doubts that they’d be able to handle and advise all vendors on the day of to allow us to have the mental and emotional headspace needed to truly enjoy our wedding day.
