Jonya at Rio Brazos did an amazing job with planning and organizing our wedding. The food was delicious, I couldn't believe how perfect it was. Everyone through out the night commented on how great the food was. 🍸 Cocktail hour was a hit! The service staff were very professional, friendly and well dressed. Due to food allergies she provided a custom desert for the mother of the bride , She provided us with vegan and vegetarian options as well. Additionally, she provided chocolate covered strawberries and other unique desserts for the bride and groom. She worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy. We have continued to use her for other parties, company gathers and get-togethers. Jonya had the knowledge and was willing to accommodate special requests, Jonya made the catering one of the least stressful parts of the wedding.

We we’re pretty impressed at our tasting with Jonya but the food at our wedding reception more than exceeded our expectations. We had plated salad and dinner rolls served to each guest and the main course was set up buffet style. We had brisket with pomegranate bbq sauce, chicken mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. Everything was great and our family and friends were very complementary of the food. The catering team served water. We also paid for tea service but not everyone was aware that we were serving tea as well. The next day, we had breakfast sandwiches catered and they were delicious! I would highly recommend Rio Brazos.

Jonya and her staff were INCREDIBLE. The food was absolutely amazing, the pricing could not be beat (met with other caterers in Waco and none compared), she was so kind to us and walked us through any questions we had. Her staff was incredibly pleasant, professional, and did the best work we could have hoped for. She worked with us to create fun surprises - late night chicken and waffles and mini pizzas, packed up meals for us to take home with us the night of the wedding, gave me some extra snacks with my bridesmaids when I needed a pick-me-up. Her staff did the bar-tending for us, the cake, cocktail hour snacks, main meal, as well as helping to coordinate drinks during the ceremony. Absolutely wonderful!!!
