Outstanding. The food and staff were remarkable!

My daughter got married at Grand Vue park in Marshall County. River City did the catering.
The food was the absolutely delicious. The staff from River City exceeded our expectations. They were very professional, well mannered. I would highly recommend them to do your catering.

Saved our day!

We had our wedding at River City and it was truly the best decision. Not only were they highly accommodating and very affordable, the staff was a dream to work with. We had some issues with the former events manager and about three months before our wedding, we decided to drive over and talk to them in person to sort things out. Long story short, we found out that the previous events manager had abruptly left and all previously discussed information about our wedding was gone. We, of course, were anxious but before we could panic, Jay and Becky took care of EVERYTHING. In less than three months, they basically planned our wedding in full, from scratch. They worked around our schedule to let us decorate and bring in lots of decor and snacks, they made adjustments to food and drink that we specifically asked for, and they made sure our day ran smoothly and efficiently. It truly didn't even feel like anything had happened a few months prior. The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful and accessible (great for family members with walking issues) and we loved that we were able to just head downstairs to the bar after the event was over. If we could do it all over again, we would absolutely choose River City to host our day!

This place is AMAZING!!! The event staff went above and beyond to make sure our reception went off without a hitch. If something needed fixed, moved, tweaked, or set up they were doing it or offering to do it before I even had to ask. Now THATS service! We got a ton of compliments on how beautiful the space was. Its not your garden variety ballroom. It has character and in my opinion thats what makes it beautiful! The food was great and everyone was wonderful to work with from beginning to end! They even packed up our gifts and decorations for us! If I could give this place a 10 or 20 I would! Thank you so much for making our day so unforgettable!
