There are so many great things we could say about Indigo Gardens, it’s hard to know where to start! We hired Leah to craft our micro-wedding flowers and enjoyed the process from start to finish. We originally felt overwhelmed and unsure how the process would go, but Leah made it so fun and inspiring! We are a landscaper/plant geek couple, and when we met Leah and saw her garden we immediately knew our styles would align - she is a true ecological farmer and curator of diverse species with an artistic eye not just for her floral arrangements but also for her landscape designs. It was important to us to hire a florist who works with a locally grown, seasonally appropriate approach, and as a farmer, it’s clear that Leah has deep respect for and understanding of the plants she tends. She knows how to structure and fill space with beauty. Leah listened carefully to our interests regarding color, texture, themes and species selection, and the results blew the minds of every attendee at our wedding. Archetypal classic wedding bouquets with whimsical, personally curated flair, including some additional botanicals to decorate our wedding arch with. We feel so lucky to have found Indigo Gardens - our wedding wouldn’t have been so perfect without her.

We worked with Leah to arrange a few pieces for our small wedding, and could not be happier! She was so helpful - asked all the right questions, helped us pick out a color theme, and designed some incredibly beautiful pieces for bride, groom, dog of honor, and wedding arbor. Leah from Indigo Gardens was incredible to work with for our Portland wedding! We had made a plan with her when we thought our wedding would be happening in August 2020 with 175 guests; when we had to dramatically shift that plan because of the pandemic, she was very flexible with us and helped us think through adapting our plan to a much smaller May 2021 wedding. She was really good at listening to us describe our vision and then creating something that really brought it to life; we didn't have a very specific plan for our florals and she took our general concept and ran with it. The flowers were one of the most commented-on parts of our day, and made an amazing backdrop for our ceremony, photos, and reception. We couldn't have been happier and definitely recommend Indigo Gardens to anyone!
