1. Romano's Disco Fries, The minimum includes 2 hours of service and 5 menu options that you select. There is a minimum guest count of 37. At weddings we most often cater the after party starting 30 minutes after the wedding reception. This allows the majority of guests to exit the property and leaves your selected VIP guests for the after party.

2. Romano's NY Style Hot Dogs & More, This smaller trailer offeres a few different party packages where you pick a certain amount of servings and we serve that food until it's gone or 2 hours expire. This trailer does not offer fries.
