Rondele Ranch Weddings is a premier ranch-style venue in Harshaw, Wisconsin. The property was developed in 2004 as a private residence for owner Claude Bourguignon. Claude worked in the cheese business where his company, ANCO, produced a French-style spreadable cheese called rondel. After Claude and his partners sold their company in 1990 to Kraft Foods, Claude went on to purchase the land to celebrate and entertain. As a testament to this desire, Rondele Ranch sits on more than 500 acres of beautiful land.

Facilities and Capacity

Rondele Ranch Weddings features a craftsman-built main lodge as well as a two and a half acre lake and trout stream. There is also a lakeside lodge, a large cabin, a rustic hunting shack deep in the woods, and a heated outbuilding. The main lodge has 10,000 square feet of space that comprise an entryway paved with authentic fossil tile, custom-designed mahogany cabinets, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a trophy room with 50 wild animals mounts, and a private bar. Other notable features such as vaulted ceilings, large windows with lake views, a state-of-the-art kitchen, an enclosed outdoor kitchen and dining room, an outdoor living room, and multi-level patios are also present. This venue also boasts a business center and sleeping space for up to 18 guests. Alternatively, the lakeside lodge has 5,000 square feet of space. Here, couples will find options for overnight accommodations, a large open loft, and event space. Just adjacent to the building, a paved area accommodates large tents. Smaller occasions may instead hold a preference for Elk Lodge. This 1,900-square-foot space is private and less than a mile from the main lodge. It accommodates eight overnight guests and features a large, modern kitchen, a stone fireplace, and six miles of maintained trails. Between the indoor and outdoor spaces, Rondele Ranch Weddings can accommodate approximately 1,000 guests.
