Brooke Palmer Kuhl is the happy-go-lucky lady behind RSBP Events. She grew up in Washington, D.C. and started RSBP in 2007. She's since accumulated over 15 years of experience in the event planning industry, where she has created strong relationships with some of the most creative vendors in the Tampa Bay area.
