We had to hire Ms Maggie at the last minute because the other caterer fell through. She was very easy to work with. She listened to our needs. The good arrived in time and was set up perfectly.

We are so excited to have Rubalee's Southern Kitchen cater our wedding in May of this year. So far Mrs. Maggi has been everything you'd hope for in a professional cater who knows her stuff! My fiance and I had no clue what type of menu we wanted but we knew we wanted real food. After speaking with Mrs. Maggi for only 10 minutes and telling her about us and a little about our backgrounds, she had us all figured out and was able to create a menu on the spot that fit our personalities and background that we were extremely excited about. We did our tasting and we were sold so much so that I intend to hire Rubalee's Southern Kitchen for any catering needs we have in the future. The food was beyond amazing and we cant wait for more of it on the big day. I would highly recommend there services!! Also, Not only is the food amazing but you'll have a wonderful experience like we've had thus far working with Maggi herself. She is a beautifully spirited person and we're blessed that she'll be helping bring joy to our friends and family on our wedding day.

I'm so thankful to Rubalee's catering being available to us for our special day. We had to reschedule our wedding several times and this vendor was so understanding and great to work with. Their menu includes delicious soul food and a delightful staff. Ms. Maggie was a joy to work with and her food was a hit.
