Located in the heart of the wine country just outside Carlton, Saffron Fields is a beautiful new wedding and event space – one where sense of place meets art, design, and winemaking.The facility features a well-curated fine art collection, a Japanese garden, as well as expertly crafted wines.

The space's blend of modern and vineyard make for the perfect setting for your wedding. The outside patio is the ideal spot for your guests to celebrate your marriage overlooking our Japanese garden. You and your fiance will stand on a bridge before your guests with beautiful views of the Willamette Valley behind you. A large outdoor space is available for your reception's dinner, toasts and dancing! Let us provide you with a space to make any event special.

The price of the venue is $12,000 for the space and includes staff for the bar. On top of the venue there is a case of wine to be purchased per 25 guest and a gratituy will be added to that. What is included in your special celebration is the venue space from 11:00am-10:00pm.
