Our 120 year old Victorian Designed and Industrial themed completely renovated Inn has 7 rooms – each with Queen bed and one with a King bed. We can sleep 18* comfortably and do have the option for a few more if needed. A very comfortable way to enjoy each others company with also having enough space to enjoy some private, quiet time if needed! Most of our couples who marry at the Samuel O’Reilly House are looking for an extended weekend experience – the wedding is the central theme and the extended time spent together is just adding to the memories.

*FALL 2018 We are also opening our Owner’s Quarter’s Room #10 for the Bridal Guest house for the best in comfort, luxury and guest space bringing our room total to 8 with total guest sleeping arrangements to 22.

Weddings and Special Events involve many resources coordinating together for a common goal, and the Samuel O’Reilly House understands how important communication is to achieving this goal. Working with couples, parents, family and guests General Manager/Innkeeper Matthew Spofford and Owner/Innkeeper Jason Zube have the experience to work with and support your vision and ideas. Matthew Spofford has over 15 years of wedding experience in the North Conway/ Mount Washington Valley area. Unbelievable Experience

We booked the entire inn for a few days for a New Year's Eve wedding. Leading up to the event, during, and after (when we lost a key and some shoes) the communication and collaboration was exceptional. I can't speak highly enough about the experience that we had working with Matthew and Chef Waneeta. We had great rooms, great space, great breakfasts, great food for the event, great support and people management. Matthew was so flexible with some last minute changes, letting us decorate and use supplies, and hosting the guests. Chef Waneeta not only did our breakfasts and event food, but also was able to provide us some heat and serve lunches and dinners while we were staying. Everything was delicious and everything was fun. We truly can't recommend this venue highly enough. We were shocked at how wonderful everything was and how affordable it was to our budget. We couldn't have been more happy with every aspect!

Best thing we've ever done

This place is everything - and so are the people who work there! Can't thank this team enough for all that they have done for us. The venue is spectacular - very cool interior with tons of space, a spacious backyard with insane views, a fire pit / hang out area, a separate studio space, and a path right down to the Saco river! Matt and Chef Waneeta went out of their way to make our whole weekend special. We had a small, intimate wedding (16 people) and everyone was able to stay comfortably for the weekend. There is definitely plenty of room for larger weddings too! Very close to downtown North Conway as well. You can't go wrong booking here.

Wonderful experience and perfect wedding weekend!

Absolutely amazing experience working with the Samuel O’Reilly House from start to finish!

The space is beautiful! The view overlooking the Moat Mountains with the Saco River running below was the perfect place for the ceremony. The Inn had enough space for our bridal party to stay with us and was very cozy for everyone to hang out the night before the wedding and morning after. We used the studio as our bar and welcome room and it was the perfect place for both!

We visited the Inn during summer 2019 (wedding October 2020) and knew we found the the place to say "I do" before we even left. Matt was very eager to answer any/all of our questions and gave a great tour of the Inn and studio. We left with a clear answer of availability, price, and next steps. I loved the transparency, as not all venues we toured were this forthcoming.

Not only did we rent the Inn our for 2 nights and hold the ceremony there, but they also catered the food and provided the tents, tables, chairs, linens, ect. When we booked we thought it was convenient that they could provide all of this, but it turned out to be invaluable when we ended up planning during the pandemic.

Speaking of the pandemic, Matt was very helpful and kept us up to date on all the local guidelines so we knew what to expect come October. He, and his staff, were so professional and safe during the the wedding weekend. Our guests were very impressed at how well the staff handled everything and made it feel so "normal" while staying safe!

We came up a few days early and the tent, tables, chairs, ect were already set up so we could see how it would look before the day of. (Very helpful since travel was restricted most of the year so our plans of visiting over the summer to decide spacing, seating, ect never happened.) The day of, everything was set up early too, which allowed our other vendors to move around freely and set themselves up without getting in anyone's way.

Come picture time the staff was GREAT. They helped keep guests away from certain areas so we could get bridal party pictures without the groom or other guests seeing me. They helped keep us on track all day long, but we never felt rushed.

Post ceremony Matt brought us drinks and apps in our room so we could "chill" for a bit before heading back down for dinner and reception. Such a small thing, but we really appreciated it after running around all morning!

Dinner was amazing. Thank you Chef Wan! Our guests all agreed that the food was delicious. I was so impressed that the quality and freshness of the meal for 30 was just as good as it was when we had a tasting for 2.

We kept the dancing going until about 10 and fire until midnight. The lawn was the perfect hangout spot all night!

If I could do it again, I would. Everything about working with the Samuel O’Reilly House was great! From the first tour to waving goodbye as we left the day after the wedding, we felt welcomed and really enjoyed working with everyone. They thought of all the little things and were one step ahead at all times. We are already looking forward to our next trip to the Whites so we can stay at the Inn again.
